How do I conduct employment tests for applicants?

To initiate employment test for the applicant

• Navigate to the “Jobs” page 
• Select your desired job and click on its job code 
• Click on + icon to expand the applicant list 
• Click on the applicant’s name
• Go to the top right hand corner, select the employment test, and click on “Submit” to initiate test
• On this page go to the  icon at the top right hand corner, select the employment test and click on submit to Initiate Test.
